Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. If you join our email list, we collect the email address you enter, and your name if you choose to provide it. You give this to us on purpose, by entering it yourself. We never add you to a list without that step, and there are no pre-checked boxes. If you email us, we keep the contact details and the contents of your message so we can reply.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, and general location at the country or region level. This helps us understand what content is useful and keep the site working. We do not use this to build a personal profile of you.

We do not collect or store any coaching-client business data on this public website. That information lives in a separate private system that is never connected to this site.

How we use information

We use your information to do a small number of things: to send you the emails you signed up for, to reply when you contact us, to understand which content is helpful so we can make more of it, and to keep the site secure and working.

If you joined the email list, we send you content and updates related to The Scalable Agent. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not text or call a number you give us for one purpose without asking you separately first.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
